A mixed start for the new campaign, a narrow 48 -42 Home win against Poole with only 3 riders standing out, Passlack - 12+1, Ardigo - 14 and Neill - 5+3. A poor away performance at Sydenham, going down 58-32, this time only Passlack - 10 and Ardigo - 8 really contributing and getting KO in the 1st round of the pairs on our own track by 1 point. But it was not all doom and gloom as we had a sellout crowd with 7100 attending and for our league match there was 5,502, only 6 teams out of all 3 divisions had higher.
